 This quilt is called the red, white, and black chopping block.  Several different fabrics of your favorite colors are cut in chopped up fabrics and sewn together to make this unusual but beautiful quilt.  FUN!

 This zebra print quilt was made for a very dear friend who had to endure chemo.  He told me that during his sessions he was very cold from the waist down.  He also told me that the medical staff told him to focus on something special to him to get him thru this.  His focus was his dog Milo.  Also, one of my co-workers did the Team in Training (The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training ( www.teamintraining.org )) and rode her bike 45 miles on an rough off road endurance sport to raise money for cancer research in his honor.  I put together this quilt for him to take along on his chemo trips.  I only hope that it helped him thru it all.

This year I heard that a family member is also starting through the same trial.  I put this chopping block quilt together in hopes that it will help him thru his ordeal also.

I can only pray that these quilts help them go thru the chemo treatments.

Crown Royal Whiskey comes packaged in very nice purple bags with gold serger trim.  My younger brother is an outfitter and requested a Crown Royal quilt to carry on  his saddle.  After putting together a beautiful quilt for his bed the left over pieces were put together for the saddle throw.

These two quilts were also made of hand painted fabrics.  The quilt on the right has watermarking in the shape of cats imprinted on the fabric.
